ALFREDO GOLINO
Alfredo Golino is a renowned Italian drummer and producer. The son of musician Antonio Golino, he began his career at a very young age, collaborating with international artists at the NATO base in Naples and with RAI productions.
At 18 he moved to Rome, working with Armando Trovaioli and collaborating with RCA and Rai.
In 1980 he joined the Rai orchestra in Milan, distinguishing himself in jazz and Italian discography.
He left Rai in 1989 to devote himself to international tours, consolidating his fame. Founds the "GIULIA COMBO" and "ORO," with successes at Sanremo. Co-founded the school and music editions "CAMBIOMUSICA," which will bring excellent publishing and educational results.
In his career he has worked with artists such as Mina, Eros Ramazzotti, Celentano, Renato Zero, 883, Raf, De Gregori, Antonella Ruggiero, Finardi, Fiorello, Gianluca Grignani, Elisa and many others.
He has received various awards, including a Telegatto for Best Musician, two Gold Records as Producer and Arranger and as an artist, several awards from specialized music organizations and also a GRAMMY Awards as a musician for his participation in the record of Alejandro Sanz, a Spanish artist with more than 10 million records sold worldwide.
