ALEX LOFOCO
Internationally renowned electric bassist Alex Lofoco, born and raised in Rome, moved to London where he graduated from the University of West London.
Alex's debut prog-fusion album, Beyond, features such classy artists as Marco Minnemann on Drums (Aristocrats), keyboard wizard Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater), Eric Marienthal on sax (Chick Corea Elektric Band), pianist Jesus Molina, and guitarist, composer, and co-producer Roby Meola.
Alex gives masterclasses and clinics all over the world, invited by prestigious music institutes including the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, BIMM and ICMP London, to name a few. Alex gave his first masterclass at the Tech Music School in London while still a student.
As an author, he published his SCALE COLOUR SYSTEM guitar and bass method, an innovative system for internalizing and unlocking notes on the, which has received high praise from the press and world-renowned musicians.
